SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification in your email when your order has shipped, along with the tracking number of your order via Australian post.
Please note that once you have purchased a digital resource, you will receive an email of it as a downloadable item, usually within 10 minutes of purchase. But due to varying server speeds, if it has been more than an hour and it is still unavailable to you, you can contact us at email@example.com and we can send it to you directly.
AVERAGE SHIPPING COSTS
Standard delivery within Australia takes 2-8 business days. See below the general costs and duration of delivery for domestic and international deliveries. These charges can vary without notice and are applicable only to items purchased at the www.fertilitybreakthrough.com webstore:

DUTIES, CUSTOMS AND TAXES
The recipient is responsible for covering any duties, customs fees, and/or local taxes that may be applied at the parcel’s time of entry into the country.
Your purchased item would be non-refundable once it has been shipped, and all digital downloads are also non-refundable. Please also note that there may be delays in shipping parcels related to COVID-19 restrictions.
If your item has not shipped and you would like to request a refund, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org that includes your receipt showing the order number. We’ll verify that your order has indeed not been shipped and will process your refund.
If you have made a transaction through Paypal, the refund will be processed there, and the same process applies if you have transacted through EWAY.
