What You’ll Do

As a Medical Data Entry Admin, you’ll play a vital behind-the-scenes role in our patients’ success stories. You’ll be responsible for:

• Entering, organizing, and updating patient data and lab results with 100% accuracy

• Reviewing clinical information and cross-checking for errors or inconsistencies

• Supporting our care team by managing administrative files and data logs

• Following clear, step-by-step checklists and video instructions

• Using various software tools (we’ll train you!)

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need a medical degree—but you do need a sharp eye and a love for getting things just right.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Extremely detail-oriented and accurate

• Computer literate and comfortable using new software

• A fast learner who follows instructions well

• Organized, calm under pressure, and great at managing time

• Excellent in written and verbal communication

• Honest, reliable, and committed to quality work
  Bonus if you have experience in nursing, medical data entry, pathology, or handling patient records—but not required.
