Core responsibilities
Brand storytelling and visual impact:
- Design visually compelling graphics that elevate our brand, captivate audiences, and support our mission of transforming fertility care.
- Ensure every design serves a purpose—whether it’s to educate, inspire, or drive engagement.
Marketing and social media execution:
- Develop high-converting marketing materials, including social media graphics, email campaigns, digital ads, and website assets.
- Tailor designs to maximize performance across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and beyond.
Content optimization and performance:
- Optimize all designs for digital consumption, ensuring mobile-first, platform-optimized visuals that meet engagement and conversion goals.
- Analyze design performance and iterate based on insights.
Creative innovation and trend awareness:
- Stay ahead of industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging design techniques.
- Bring fresh ideas to the team and experiment with innovative visual strategies that push boundaries.
(Bonus) Motion graphics and video editing:
- Enhance our content with engaging motion graphics and video edits for Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and ad creatives.
- Use animation, typography, and video storytelling to bring concepts to life in dynamic ways.
Qualifications
Must-have:
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on social media, branding, and marketing materials.
- Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent design tools.
- Deep understanding of visual storytelling, brand identity, and user engagement.
- Knowledge of conversion-driven design principles and social media advertising best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple design projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving mindset—able to take feedback, iterate quickly, and continuously improve designs for maximum impact.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, content, and leadership teams.
- Self-motivated and resourceful, with a keen eye for detail and an obsession with great design.
- Passion for healthcare or mission-driven work that makes a tangible difference in people’s lives.
Preferred:
- Experience in motion graphics and video editing tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, Capcut, or Veed, particularly for Reels and TikTok content.
This role is for someone who thrives in high-growth, high-performance environments and is eager to push creative boundaries while making a real impact.
Salary
- Starting rate is 25, 000 PHP / month
Logistics
This is a fully remote role, allowing you to work from anywhere. Our head office is based in Sydney, Australia, and we operate with a global team dedicated to making a lasting impact.
