Talk with new patients on calls, understand their needs, and guide them with provided scripts.
Answer patient questions quickly, within 6-12 hours.

- Have your own computer (minimum processor speed of 1.6GHz, RAM 8GB and internet speed 20Mbps) and work tools, including headset and Krisp membership, high-speed internet connection, and backup systems.
THIS POSITION IS NOT FOR YOU IF:
- You don’t meet goals, don’t show empathy to patients, or have a strong accent that makes you hard to understand.
- You don’t follow through, need a lot of reminders, or don’t share our values of progress, quick feedback, and resourcefulness.
OUTCOMES/KPIs:
How we measure success:
- You’re a valued team member who communicates clearly and warmly with patients and peers.

- Your conversations with patients are warm and professional, earning positive feedback from daily manager reviews.
- You keep patient information private and follow all security standards.
- After training, you can work on your own, follow the steps we set, and help the team by giving useful feedback.

You’ll join a friendly team that cares about helping patients and helping you grow. At The Rosa Institute, we believe in building on each person’s strengths.
