Founder and Director of The Rosa Institute and Harvard University-awarded scholar.
Hi, I’m Gabriela Rosa, founder and program director at The Rosa Institute. My team and I help couples who are struggling to have a baby, especially when nothing else has worked. I developed the F.E.R.T.I.L.E. Method® to bring structure, clarity, and better outcomes in a field that too often relies on vague diagnoses. This method has shown a 78.8% live birth rate1 by addressing the root causes that are often missed in conventional care. Our work is focused on finding answers. While clinical data and diagnoses are crucial, understanding each couple’s full story—health history, emotional wellbeing, and family goals—is just as important. This is how we create personalized care for the best possible results. I’ve spent over 20 years researching and treating reproductive health. I have a Master’s in Public Health from Harvard, where I’m currently completing my doctorate. I’m also trained in reproductive medicine, naturopathy, nutrition, and herbal medicine. This mix of scientific expertise, clinical experience, and integrative care allows our team to create personalized treatment plans with precision, compassion, and a proven track record. If you’re feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, and out of options, I want you to know there’s likely still a path forward. You deserve real answers, a clear plan, and someone who sees you as a whole person—not just a diagnosis. Reference: 1.
