About the Role:
We seek a results-driven Outbound Sales Team Builder and Leader with a proven track record of success in building outbound sales teams from scratch. This role is for a self-starter who thrives on autonomy and is passionate about building a high-performing outbound sales function to drive business growth.
You will be responsible for establishing this new department from the ground up by first demonstrating your ability to perform the outbound sales function yourself. Once proven, you will build the capability to hire and lead a dedicated team focused on outbound sales while collaborating closely with our already well-established appointment-setting team. We’re looking for someone who has done it before and crushed it—someone who can create a winning sales process, develop KPIs, hire top talent, and train the team to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build from scratch a world-class outbound sales team focused on lead generation and appointment setting–demonstrating viability for patient acquisition for at least 6 months before expanding the team.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of outbound sales representatives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes to maximize lead conversion and client acquisition.
- Set and monitor KPIs to ensure consistent performance and team growth.
- Lead by example—actively participating in outbound sales efforts during the early stages of team development.
- Use data and metrics to analyze performance and continuously optimize outreach processes.
- Collaborate with marketing and client success teams to ensure seamless handoff of leads and a superior client experience.
- Maintain deep knowledge of our services, ideal client profiles, and competitive landscape.

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in building, leading, and scaling an outbound sales team from the ground up, preferably in a high-touch or healthcare-related service industry.
- Strong history of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue through outbound efforts.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, mentor, and manage high-performing sales representatives.
- Expertise in outbound sales tools, CRMs, and technology to ensure operational efficiency.
- Ability to create a results-driven culture focused on continuous improvement, accountability, and teamwork.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate your team.
- Self-motivated, thriving in an autonomous, fast-paced environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, get-it-done attitude.
- Experience in the fertility or healthcare industry is a plus but not required.
