About the Role

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled video editor to join our marketing team. You will work closely with our founder—a renowned fertility specialist and author—and our dynamic content team to craft compelling, viral-ready videos that inform, engage, and inspire.

Your work will be seen by millions across social platforms, helping us reach more people with authoritative, educational, and visually stunning content that transforms lives.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form social media videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts, Ads) using fast-paced, engaging, and trend-driven styles.
• Optimize videos for virality, using captions, animations, transitions, and sound effects that align with social trends.
• Understand platform-specific requirements, including aspect ratios, engagement strategies, and audience behavior.
• Cut, refine, and enhance video content while ensuring clarity, emotional impact, and strong storytelling.
• Work with the marketing team to conceptualize new content ideas and leverage current social media trends.
• Manage multiple projects while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and messaging.

Who We’re Looking For

You are a proactive, creative, and skilled video editor who knows how to make content pop on social media. Your technical expertise is matched by your understanding of what makes videos go viral—whether it’s a hook in the first 3 seconds, eye-catching visuals, or seamless transitions.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio of short-form, social media content (link to portfolio required).
• Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar video editing tools.
• Ability to edit quickly and efficiently without compromising quality.
• Experience with motion graphics, animated text, and viral-style edits.
• Understanding of video formats, codecs, and best practices for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and Ads.
• Familiarity with social media trends and ability to adapt to what’s working now.
• Bonus: Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator for simple graphic overlays.
